We have a team of primary care doctors and mental health specialists in Indianapolis to help you feel better. This location is on the corner of North Meridian St. and East 23rd St. We’ll work with your existing doctors to make sure you get the comprehensive care you need — no matter how long it takes. We’re in your neighborhood and we're here to help.

We coordinate with members’ existing providers, or assign physicians based on your specific needs.
24/7 care line
Because health doesn’t have business hours, members have a direct line to a provider when they need medical advice, 24/7.
Mental health
We provide a wide range of behavioral health services for members, including counseling, psychiatry, and integrated healthcare for substance use disorder and serious mental illness.
Social care services
We can help with housing, employment, legal aid, food, child care and other services members may need.
Lab Draws
Our care team can perform members’ blood work at home or at our local clinic.

While we don’t offer walk-in medical appointments at our clinics, members are always welcome to stop by to ask a question, charge their phone, connect to wifi, or get warm on a cold day.
