We provide a wide range of behavioral health services for members, including counseling, psychiatry, and integrated healthcare for substance use disorder and serious mental illness.
Care coordination
We work with our members’ doctors, specialists, and case managers to arrange home-based care, in-person appointments, and virtual support as needed.
Complex care management
Our care teams are experienced at working with members who have chronic conditions and disabilities. We help members reach the health goals that matter to them.

While we don’t offer walk-in medical appointments at our clinics, members are always welcome to stop by to ask a question, charge their phone, connect to wifi, or get warm on a cold day.
